A 4-Week Group for Women with ADHD Who Are Ready to Stop Doubting Themselves
ADHD, Self-Worth & Confidence:
Breaking Free from “Not Good Enough”
Do you constantly feel like you’re falling behind - no matter how hard you try?
Maybe you’ve spent years working twice as hard to meet the same expectations as everyone else.
Maybe you’ve been labled as “too much”, “too messy” or “too sensitive”.
Or maybe you’ve done all the work to understand your ADHD… and still feel like you’re not enough.
If this sounds familiar, you’re note alone
Led by ADHD & Stress Coach Stephanie Mckeon and Licensed Therapist Annalise John, LCSW
