FAQ

  • How do I pay for therapy?

Most clients choose to use their insurance to cover the cost of therapy. I am an in-network provider for with several insurance companies. Your insurance company can answer questions about which services are fully covered- just call the number on the back of your insurance card. I encourage clients to call their insurance company directly to be clear about their specific plan’s mental health benefits.

We require all clients to keep a credit card on file.

Co-pays will be charged on the day of service. Any additional fees owed will be billed after being processed through your insurance company.

  • What if I need to cancel?

  • What is a Dream Consultation?

A dream consultation is a personalized session dedicated to exploring and interpreting a specific dream you've had. During this session, our expert dream consultant works closely with you to decipher the hidden messages and symbols of your dream. The goal is to uncover the underlying meanings and insights that your subconscious is communicating through the dream narrative.

Through a thoughtful and empathetic approach, the consultant guides you in connecting these insights to your waking life, helping you understand how they relate to your current experiences, emotions, and challenges. The consultation is not just about interpretation but also about applying these discoveries in a meaningful way to promote personal growth, resolve inner conflicts, and enhance your life's journey.

Whether you're grappling with a recurring dream, a particularly vivid or puzzling dream, or simply curious about what your dreams are telling you, a dream consultation offers a unique opportunity to tap into the wisdom of your subconscious. It’s a transformative experience designed to empower you with greater self-awareness and direction.

  • Are Dream Consultations Therapy?

No. Although our dream consultant is also a licensed therapist, dream consultations are not therapy and should not be a substitute for mental health care.
