Good Faith Estimate Notice
Under the No Surprises Act, individuals who are uninsured or who choose not to use insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of healthcare services.
Before beginning services, Rivercourse Counseling will provide eligible clients with a written estimate of anticipated costs for therapy or assessment services.
The estimate is based on information known at the time it is created and is not a contract or guarantee of the total cost of treatment, as treatment needs may change over time.
If you receive a bill that is substantially higher than your Good Faith Estimate, you may have the right to dispute the charges through the process established under federal law.
For questions regarding your Good Faith Estimate, please contact Rivercourse Counseling before your first appointment.
